Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

Article 2 — Subject Matter
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products/services ordered electronically by the Buyer through siperone.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The Buyer acknowledges having read and understood the essential characteristics, price, payment method and delivery information of the product/service prior to placing the order.
Article 3 — Product/Service Information
Products and services covered: • AnchorSpot Lite — Guest Wi-Fi software licence, annual (~50 guests/day) • AnchorSpot Plus — Guest Wi-Fi software licence, annual (~200 guests/day) • AnchorSpot Max — Guest Wi-Fi software licence, annual (~600 guests/day) • 5651 Premium — Legal logging / timestamping add-on, annual (optional) • Network devices — MikroTik hEX S / hAP ax3 / wAP ac or Edge N100 appliance, one-time and separate from the subscription (optional) Essential characteristics, prices and VAT-inclusive totals are displayed on the order page. Listed prices are exclusive of VAT; VAT is added at the applicable legal rate.
Article 4 — Payment Methods
The Buyer may pay the order amount by: • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Troy — processed via iyzico secure payment infrastructure) • Bank transfer / EFT Card details are not stored by the Seller; payment is processed through the iyzico secure payment platform.
Article 5 — Delivery
Digital services (software licences): Activation details are sent to the Buyer's email address within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Hardware-inclusive packages: Shipped within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation to the address specified by the Buyer. Delivery is available within the Republic of Türkiye only. Shipping costs are included in the package price.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
Digital services: Pursuant to Article 50 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed immediately in electronic form and digital content after delivery. The Buyer acknowledges that the digital service will be performed immediately upon order confirmation and that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived. Hardware products: The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery without providing any reason or paying a penalty. Written notice to info@siperone.com within this period is sufficient. Returned products must be: • In original packaging, undamaged and unused • Reset to factory defaults • Accompanied by the original invoice
Article 7 — Return Procedure
Products must be returned within 10 (ten) days of exercising the right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. The Seller shall refund the product price within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the returned product, to the original payment method. For credit card refunds, the time for the bank to reflect the amount to the Buyer's account depends on the bank's internal processes and is beyond the Seller's control.
Article 8 — Exceptions to Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for: • Services performed immediately in electronic form (software licences, cloud services) • Services performed before the expiry of the withdrawal period with the Buyer's consent • Hardware products whose packaging has been opened, damaged or which do not meet return conditions after delivery
Article 9 — Warranty
Hardware products carry a 2 (two) year warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects and faults arising under normal conditions of use. User-caused damage, physical impact, water exposure and unauthorised modification are excluded. Products damaged or defective at the time of delivery must be reported within 3 (three) business days. Defective products will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
Article 10 — Data Protection
The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Details are available in the KVKK Notice at siperone.com/tr/kvkk. Payment information is not stored by the Seller and is processed through the iyzico secure payment platform.
Article 11 — Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. Monetary thresholds are applied in accordance with the amounts determined annually by the Ministry of Trade. İstanbul (Anadolu) Consumer Arbitration Committees and İstanbul (Anadolu) Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction based on the Seller's registered address.
Article 12 — Entry into Force
The Buyer confirms having read, understood and accepted all articles of this agreement during the order process. The agreement enters into force upon order confirmation. This agreement has been concluded electronically. The Seller shall send a copy to the Buyer's declared email address.
